UDACF coaches and staff have developed structured educational and assistance resources designed to provide local rec organizations additional capabilities to help improve their ability to provide baseball programs in their communities.
The former MLB players that comprise the coaching staff at UDACF deliver custom-designed Coaches Clinics courses to administrators and volunteer coaches that include program management guidelines for success, game fundamentals, player development and conditioning
recommendations. Volunteer parents that coach their Little League teams walk away with the tools necessary to help them successfully lead their teams every season. These Coaches Clinics are delivered either at the Carolinas Baseball Center indoor facility or on-site at the community’s location.
